1907 Print of the Port in Malfa

Below is the old port of Malfa in a print of a photograph from my collection of 1907.
The notch in the rocks at the upper left is the access down the cliffs from the village above.  The path leads behind the buildings, which are now virtually gone, and down to the "Beach" at the upper part of the slope behind the left hand ship.  There is a new "port" a bit farther along the shore to the left in this photo but out of view.
 

 The same spot today, though I am afraid not the same angle. Notice the ruined walls in the cliffs.
